Windows 10: we couldn't install windows server 0x1900101 -0x20017 the installation failed in the...

when upgrade . it went through to the end in restart it show " we couldn't install windows server 0x1900101 -0x20017 the installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation " , my desktop have 8G memory Just reset with wipe everything and clea drive. Please help. much apreciation.

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
