Windows 10: How do I get rid of this corrupted app that appears in my installed apps list?

For some reason, I can't install the Microsoft Photos app from the Microsoft Store.As part of testing the problem, I installed a different app, picked at random, called "Block Puzzle Plus - Jewel Blast." I assumed that since it was on the Microsoft Store that it would be safe to install.It installed fine with no errors. Since I only installed it as a test, I immediately went to uninstall it without ever opening it even once.But then when I tried to uninstall it, I got errors and it did not seem to uninstall properly. Installed Apps That Do Not Appear in the All Apps List in Windows 10

Thank you for your suggestion. However I cannot find a down arrow. I then deleted the entire BlueStacks app and

reinstalled it and all programs. They appear just fine on the desktop and pinned to Start. However they do not appear

in the All Apps List. This isssue just happens with programs installed through BlueStacks. Do you have any more suggestions?

  Are you using a Local account or a Microsoft Account?
  
• 
  Is Cortana able to search the apps installed?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Start Settings in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Turn on Show recently added apps in jump list of Start of Taskbar.

Please also run SFC scan and check if the issue persists. System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files.

  Press Windows key + X key.

  Select command prompt (admin).

  Type the below command:
  

sfc /scannow

Installed Apps That Do Not Appear in the All Apps List in Windows 10

I run Windows 10 with Microsoft Programs. In order to install some Google apps and games, I installed the emulator, BlueStacks.

The issue is that some apps/ games installed through BlueStacks appear on the Desktop and are pinned to Start, but do not appear

in the All Apps List. When I go into C:\users\rober\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\startmenu\programs, the apps/ games

appear in the list. I tried various efforts, but they will not appear in the All Apps List. Please note that some apps/ games installed

through BlueStacks do appear in the All Apps List. Can someone resolve this issue?
