Windows 10: Win11 new PC requiring daily IP reset

My new Windows 11 prebuild iBuyPower PC is requiring almost daily ip resets. My ISP insists it is not on their end and that everything looks good on their end, however this did not begin until I moved and swapped from AT&T Fiber to Spectrum Community. The problem more specifically is that usually once a day, after getting home from work or first thing in the morning, my PC will show that it's connected to the internet yet all browsers and applications behave as if they are not. This is with both an ethernet connection and a wifi connection. I have also tried to use my phone's mobile hotspo

With regard to your query, we suggest that you try resetting the TCP/IP by using the steps below:

• Press Windows + X keys.
• Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command below:
  
  netsh int ip reset
• Hit Enter to execute the command.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

thanks that amd processor came from the listing it may be incorrect as suggested here. i do not want win11 but in a few years we all may not have much choice. so because i'm looking for the all in one type pc because for one i do not have space for a tower and where we use them we have space for laptops but the screen size is starting to be just to small. old age eyes if you know what i mean. we both now have to use the enlargement with ctrl and the scroll wheel to make text larger. so because i could not find that processor i asked here just in case i missed it as well, it kind of sounds like it is not there and so these pcs are not ready to run win11 if that happens to be the next OS requirement. thanks
