    Unable to disable Hyper-V/Hypervisor in Windows 11 Build 24H2


    Hi,we have a lot of new Windows 11 PCs and Laptops. We are using VMware Workstation Pro 17. Until Windows 11 Build 23H2, all is working. After updating to Windows 11 Build 24H2 we get in systeminfo that the hypervisor is detected. No VM in VMware is working any more with VT-x. VT-x is blocked as long as the hypervisor is detected. We are not able to disable or remove completely the hypervisor/hyper-v. Here are the steps we made:via PowerShell as Admin Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-Hypervisor Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-H

    How to disable Hyper-V?

    May I ask. Why you want to disable it

    Try these steps it may work,.?

    How to disable Hyper-V

    1. in Control Panel : select Programs and Features.
    2. Select : Turn Windows features on or off.
    3. Expand Hyper-V >> expand Hyper-V Platform
    4. and then, remove the : Hyper-V Hypervisor check box.

    How to disable hyper-v or hypervisor in Win 11?

    How do I disable this " A hypervisor has been detected. Features required for Hyper-V will not be displayed."? I need to disable the hypervisor because I can't run my eve-ng. I always get virtualized Intel VT-x/EPT is not supported error. I have already tried unchecking hyper-v in turn windows features on and off. I also tried running the bcdedit /set... and disable-windowsoptional... both from CMD and powershell but I get the same issue. I even tried to turn off memory integrity but issue persist. Please help.
