Windows 10: How does the cellular signal strength 5 signal bars in the system tray correspond to RSSI?

Hi Microsoft,I learned from the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/ddi/wwan/ns-wwan-_wwan_signal_state that the cellular signal strength is divided into 32 levels 0 to 31. I would like to ask how these 32 levels correspond to the display of the icon in the system tray.Or maybe the icon displayed in the system tray does not correspond to RSSI, but other parameters, such as RSRP?Thanks.

How to check the signal strength (rssi) of a Bluetooth connection?

I can't figure out how to check the signal strength of the Bluetooth connection between my PC and my headphones. I was hoping to obtain a RSSI value, but it does not appear there is a way to do so on Windows.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Cellular signal strength on WP 8.1 phone(Lumia 920)

Hi,

I notice my Lumia 920 cellular signal strength dropped significantly after WP 8.1 updates.

I used to get full bar 4G signal strength displayed on my phone in my office cubicle

Now after WP 8.1 installed(latest version with battery + other bugs fix), it only shows 2 bars at the exact same location. AT&T is the carrier.

Anyone experience the same thing?

 

Quick question about wifi signal strength.

Wifi signals are also absorbed by water.

So the humidity in the air can affect the signal strength.

I find that Windows is a little optimistic with the signal strength bars.

You basically have 5 bars until the signal strength is down to about 25% then it drops off like a cliff.

So going from 4 bars to 1 bar can mean your signal has gone from 25% to 10%.
