Windows 10: Gig Speed but Download way lower than upload speed

Hey maybe someone can help me with this,I using a wired connection i have the gig plan with my isp with equal upload and download speed, my upload is right around a gig, however my download is little over 150mbps? i tried adjusted adapter settings, doing a fresh install of windows, and updating My network driver. I have also ruled out the possibility of a bad ethernet cable

• I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
• I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.

Capped download speeds and 0 upload

I recently followed a tutorial on PC optimization for gaming. I have since been experiencing capped download speeds around 90 and essentially no upload speeds. I have a 1 GIG Fiber connection. My phone even runs faster speeds. What is the solution?

 

Upload Speed

I was wondering why my upload speed was .92 or .70 and i want to fix it so does anyone have any suggestions to fix my upload speed?

By the way i live in the wide country and i was wondering if that had anything to do with that.
