Windows 10: January 2025. I've just updated windows as suggested and disaster!!

What an utter shanbles and who knows what other corruptions to my laptop are yet to come. First the screen wouldn't wake after sleep. Then the touchpad turned to"off" in touchpad settings. How did this disaster get released? I run an M1 mini and this Galaxy Book is being replaced with a Macbook Air as soon as I can!

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
