    Purchased Windows 10/11 Pro Upgrade But Machine shows "Activation Needed"


    We had a Windows 11 Home machine that we used the Microsoft Store to use the $99 Windows 10/11 Pro upgrade option. The OS upgraded to Pro but now, after a month, we're seeing Windows Activation issues, saying the Key is Home, but the installed OS is Pro. I can see the purchase in my order history, but can't find any other key to upgrade/activate. Troubleshooting helper says it's unable to help and takes me back to the store, showing the Workstation Upgrade for $199 instead. Any help would be appreciated to have our license valid again.
