    Hi,A few days ago i was on my laptop, and i noticed i couldnt access the wifi, volume and battery settings in the bottom right corner. So i decided to restart my device. After doing so it loaded into the automatic repair screen, but without an option to reset the pc.The options were as follows:Troubleshoot:Turn off PC:There was no option to reset the pc: Under the troubleshoot menu the options were start up repair which i have tried multiple times and it has not worked, command prompt which i have also used to input various commands like sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f /r however even though these
