Windows 10: laptop missed

Discus and support laptop missed in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I lost my laptop Lenovo. The device search function is disabled. I'm sure the account is safe.     I lost my laptop Lenovo. The device search function is disabled. I'm sure the account is safe. But I assume that the thief will change the operating system. Is it possible with my Microsoft account to find my laptop by data of physical hardware MAC or something else?

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
