    My microphone no matter which microphone I use will not work for Facebook Messenger. I have allowed it permission to work with Facebook Messenger, but it still doesn't work. It works with all other apps including video calls on Facebook Messenger. It just doesn't record any sound when I send a voice message.

    There are several reasons why the microphone is not working.

    For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

    • Was the issue only happening on Facebook/Messenger?
    • Did you receive any error messages when accessing it?

    Issue is ONLY w/Facebook/Messenger.

    Error messages were I believe included as screensnapshots in with my initial query.
