Windows 10: Realtek Audio console Fault

The realtek audio console keeps detecting that the jack is being unplugged and re-plugged .and when it is not doing that it is detecting that i am plugging in the wrong jack .during all of this there is no audio .i have the msi X470 gaming plus MAX with 5.1 audio . i have tried reinstalling the driver , using a universal driver and reinstalling the realtek audio console and have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue
