    core isolation keeps turning back on after restart


    I tired changing the "Enabled" REG_QWORD to "0" in Registry Editor and even try to turn it off in Windows Security Core isolation page. It says to restart PC to apply the changes but after a restart, Memory integrity is turn back on. I tired everything it says on the internet and even some community post on here and it doesn't help.

    It looks like the .reg file in step 2 of Option Two in this tutorial worked to turn on Core isolation for you.

    Correct, you could use step 3 to turn it off.

    Core Isolation preventing a driver from loading

    The driver "gdvr3.sys" was causing core isolation to turn off. After turning it back on and restarting, get the message that Core Isolation has blocked the driver from loading. However, it is not showing up under problems when I look under core isolation details. Not sure what next steps need to be.

    Cannot Turn On Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Settings

    From Tutorial -> Turn On or Off Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials

    Not able to perform steps in Option 1
    Under "Windows Defender Security Center", "Device Security" is not an option.
    Winver reports Version 1709 (OS build 16299 402)
    The processor is Intel I3
    Virtualization is enabled in system BIOS.


    Please advise.
