Windows 10: Need recovery code for my new vomputer

I tried logging into my new one month old HP laptop and get blue screen cannot log into. I need recovery key but it is still set up to my old work email which I can no longer access for verification. Says I have to wait 30 days to get into MS account recovery code. Any other solutions available? Not sure why it did this? Auto-updates turned on? Ran fine a week ago

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
