Windows 10: Cannot Update Windows to version 24H2 error: We Couldn't update the system partition out of...

So my system partition is only 100 MB, and it is out of space. I believe this is what is preventing the update. I already tried deleting the fonts. which helped with space, but does not seem to be enough space. What is the easiest way I could delete that partition and create a larger system partition without having a hard time reinstalling windows and all of my programs. I would rather not have to fully reformat my C: drive and start over. However, my files are backed up on an external drive, and I am prepared to do that if necessary.
