Windows 10: two copies of downloads

I have a downloads folder stored in OneDrive and one that is on a local hard drive. They are getting confused, for example with downloading a file from some website the Save As dialog shows the one on the local drive, but other times the one stored on OneDrive is selected. Is there anything special about a Downloads folder from a system standpoint,, for example like the folders that have a Location tab in their properties? Should I expect any problems if I simply delete the downloads folder that's in OneDrive?

Downloading home made DVD to copy again

It wasn't working?? When I put the DVD into my laptop, I got no option to copy, download, etc......just watch on the Toshiba video viewer.

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
