Windows 10: My gpu temps is stuck from 54-57 celcius even tho im using it for heavy gaming and is...

For some reason my gpu temps is stuck at 54-57. the fans are running and everything but it seems to be there and doesnt wanna go down

Hard crashes with ANY heavy load

Out of the blue, my computer has been crashing upon heavy loads. For example, playing a game. I can load into the menu fine, but when it finishes loading the game, either the game will crash or my computer will black screen and restart. Specs and what I have tried already are as follows:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
  
• RAM: 32GB Corsair DDR4-3200MHz
  
• MOBO: ASUS X470 Prime Pro
  
• GPU: ZOTAC GTX-1070
  
• PSU: Corsair CX450
  

What I have tried:

• Updated drivers for CPU, GPU and MOBO BIOS updated
  
• reinstall GPU drivers via NVIDIA software utilities
  
• unplugged and reconnected all PSU connections, reseated GPU
  

I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions you have to fix my issues are greatly appreciated.

 

BSOD While Gaming "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED" Can't figure it out. Please Help!

Ive been monitoring my GPUs Temps while gaming, and when it is under heavy load and hits 85C+ It blue screens, so it seems its the GPU which would make sense since it only happens when the gpu is under heavy load. if its actually defective tho there isnt much I can do with a laptop. I just changed the thermal paste but it hasnt done much unfortunately.

 

working on updates 54% stuck

it has been 1 hours or more its stuck at 54%. im update my windows before it 1709. and get notif that i must update to 1803. before i have failed update 3-4 times. so now i try using windows update assisstant. but now stuck at 54% after it say need to
restart. it has been stuck at 54% 1 hours more. and i dont see rotating circle anymore. what must i do ? it say dont turn off your pc this will take a while. it has been 2 hours from 0% to now 54%. and stuck at 54%. i use laptop lenovo intel i5 4200M ram 6gB.
i cant do my work.
