Windows 10: Windows Logon PIN completely deleted after each restart

Hello,I am having an issue with my Windows 11 Convenience PIN to sign into the computer.After each restart/Shutdown, the PIN is completely removed, and I don't even get the option to use a PIN to sign in. No error is displayed. It's just gone.After setting the PIN back up, it will work normally, even when locking the computer or putting it to sleep/waking it up. having stupidly set it up how can I delete it completely?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

The possible cause of this issue is corruption of files or it could be missing registry settings. To address your concern, we suggest you to follow these steps:

• Open File Explorer and browse to this location:
  C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC
• Delete everything within that folder
• Go to Settings > Accounts >Sign-in Options, click Add a PIN again and set your PIN
• PIN sign in should work going forward
