    Measuring download volume

    I'm getting a bit frustrated. Nobody knows if the Windows 10 data measurement includes uploads or downloads. I sought advice about a way to measure this and was advised that Wireshark would do this. I could not get Wireshark to work and now there's advice that Wireshark is unsuitable for my needs. Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can use to measure all data volumes, uploads and downloads? My ISP provides this measurement, but it's probably wrong.

    data consumption measurement Hi

    Hi. This is my third windows mobile device but the first one with this problem. It doesn't measure the shared internet only the one used by my apps. It is a big problem since use it at least once a week as a hot spot for other. My. Lumia 630 and 535 didn't
    miss for more than a few MB as measured by the provider, the 950 is off by 300MB for th 2nd month....

    Data Sense not measuring cellular data

    What did you select for Limit type - one time or monthly?

    A soft reset, and if necessary a hard reset should be done if your mobile data is not being measured
