Windows 10: Need help with BSOD windows 11

i recently update to windows 11, the BSOD start to appear after that. at first it happening while i'm playing games, but several days ago the BSOD appear while the computer is idle and there is no program running. i try to update the windows and all the drivers but it still happening.i check the reliability monitor and this the bugcheck :"The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef 0xffffa688b63e90c0, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffa688b63e90c0, 0x0000000000000000."i try to read the dump file using winDbg and here's the result :BUGCHECK_CODE: efBUGCHECK_P1: ffffa688b63e90

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
