    Can't connect to Bluetooth devices


    hello,I've got a dell laptop, but when i try to connect my headphones or my mouse it does not shows up in the pairing menu or setting. for instance, i got a razer mouse and have a BT option when i turn the BT on on my mouse it shows a notification to swift pair and when i press connect its show a notification failed to connect. when i try to connect the mouse from the settings it doesn't shows up. same for my headphones it doesn't shows up in the menu. i got a windows 11 pro edition and is up to date i believe. tried uninstalling BT driver but didn't solved the issue.
