Windows 10: troubleshooting blue screen error

We are consistently getting a blue screen error that says CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIEDWe use the laptop to as a scanner for our trucks. The Problem only occurs when in Tech Tool , which we have updated to the latest update, I have tried to uninstall our last updates on the laptop, and checked if there is any encrypted files still with no luck

  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
