Windows 10: Error 7031 and 7023

Hello, i've been having this problem. Whenever I go into a game after a couple seconds or minutes my whole pc will freeze. My mouse and keyboard doesnt work, the only thing i can do is turn off the pc and turn it back on. This problem happens everytime i go into a game, I am not even able to play anymore. In my event list it showed hundreds of error 7031 and 7023, i have tried so many things. I looked up on the internet, but nothing worked. I saw one video which said it had something to do with connected device platform service, but when i went to services like the video had said. I didnt have

I'm having time outs on windows 10. My windows log shows errors in service control manager 7009, 7011, 7031, 7023, 10016. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Stop Logging a Specific Event Error - 7031


I want to stop error code 7031 from showing up in the event viewer log in win 10 (since its a redundant code that means nothing anyway), so does anyone know the steps (and explain in layman terms) to prevent it from posting. I do not mean just filtering it unless that is all that can be done, I want it gone. Thanks

I have cleaned up most of my errors but these four keep being produced at shutdown in the System log.
Event Id 7031 service terminated unexpectedly.


User Data Access_Session2
User Data Storage_Session1
Contact Data_Session1
Sync Host_Session1

Anyone else got these?
What are they?
Anyone know what to do to stop them?

OK, they don't seem to be doing any harm but it is nice to keep a tidy ship!

PS got rid of a long list of DCOM errors relating to the Runtime Broker CLSID. That was satisfying!
