Windows 10: I need help with a fixlist from FRST scan.. I think I'm seriously infected.

hi, I've been trying to fix this on my own for a while now but it's very persistent. Can anyone make sense of this log and tell me I'm crazy or that I'm right? Thank you so much. 1. Download the FRST tool from a trusted source.
   
2. Right-click on the FRST executable file (FRST64.exe) and select "Run as administrator" to launch the tool with elevated privileges.
   
3. When the tool opens, click on the "Scan" button to initiate a scan of your system.
   
4. After the scan is complete, FRST may generate a Fixlist.txt file that contains instructions for fixing issues found during the scan.

How do I produce a fixlist for FRST?

I've only just realized that some malware is deleting the windows update services every time I start my pc. This is preventing me from updating my pc and I'm trying to use FRST to remove the malware. Would anyone be able to explain to me what the fixlist is and how I make one?
