Windows 10: Transfer Limits for Win10 and Office 2016?

So, I have existing retail licenses for Windows 10 and Office 2016 on my current PC.I know that I can transfer them to a new custom-built PC.What I want to know is if there's a limit on how frequently this transfer can be done? Specifically for the scenario of there's some kind of hardware issue with the new device that I only discover after transferring, will I be able to transfer the licenses back to the PC I know fully works, or is there some kind of limit like one transfer per X days that would put me out a PC entirely until I get the new hardware repaired?

Office 2016 programs are not grouped under Microsoft Office 2016

Under win10 both in Office 2013 & 2016 the individual components have always been listed Alphabetically

The only MS Office entry was for Office Tools

 

Office Pro Plus 2016 - Win7 transfer to Win10 licence failure

Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2016 has been running for about 2 years under Win7 (Dell laptop x64)

I now wish to transfer Office Pro Plus 2016 to a new Win10 system (Dell Inspiron 17 3793 laptop; supplied with multiple Office 365 versions - and since all deleted)

I have uninstalled Office Pro Plus 2016 and afterwards installed it on the Win 10 laptop - but the product key is rejected: "This product cannot be activated because the product key is not valid" (after running Microsoft's Activation Troubleshooter for Office 2019 & Office 2016: officeact.diagcab and launching Word 2016)

I have also tried running cscript ospp.vbs /act (as suggested in Kari's 'Office License Management Tool') but see:

Automatically Transfer Pinned Items from Office 2016 to Office 365 Taskbar

I "upgraded" from Office 2016 to Office 365. Microsoft requires that Office 2016 be uninstalled before installing O365 (booo!). After rebooting my computer, the Office 2016 were removed from my Taskbar, even though I specifically left the bad icons there.
But they're gone now. I had numerous pinned documents on my Excel 2016 and Word 2016 icons. How can they be restored / automatically transferred to the Office 365 icons. I can't even recall all of them and don't have the old 2016 icons to even see the jump
lists.
