Windows 10: Critical Crash Kernel-Power

I passed my PC to my friend, and he started to get bsod with "Critical crash kernel power" massages at random times on idle. Important to mention is that the PC had no problems when it was in my place. I asked my friend if he changed something, and he said that he upgraded the operation system to windows 11 from 10, and also bought a USB wifi adapter. He doesn't recall any problems before the upgrade and the installation of the USB adapter.What can i do to find the cause?

I had the same crash/error message (kernel power 41)

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.

Kernel Power Error

If they don't then I suggest including their links in your BSOD thread to avoid somebody else coming along and suggesting you read them. Best of luck, Denis
