Windows 10: Help Needed To Install Laser Color Pro MFP-3301

Bought the HP printer four months ago, so I would have a replacement in case the old Brother Printer break down, and it did, just quit working few weeks ago, I have tried to install the HP since then but could not be able to install it. Called HP, talked to Printer Dept. to seek for help - after an hour and haft, I was passing to PC Dept. then after an hour with PC Dept. I was passing back to Printer Dept. again, - I was told: "It's A PC problem" or "It's A Printer problem" before passing me from one to the other. Could not be able to return because it is already more than 4 months passed.The

I am looking for the top 3 color laser MFP's in the range of $100 - $350. It should have Duplexing and Wifi.
I am trying to replace my folks crappy inkjet and looking at all these color laser printers is a tough choice.
