Windows 10: Unable to reconnect to WiFi network after clicking “Forget”

I opened my list of available WiFi channels and accidentally right-clicked on my WiFi network and clicked Forget. Now any attempt to reconnect to this WiFi network fails. How do I resolve this?

I have 3 old Wifi networks that I want to get rid of in the list of networks. All devices show them in the WiFi list and when i click Forget, they come right back. When I go to Manage networks in Settings, they're not there, but still show in the list on every device. How can I get rid of them? Windows Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042 The first image is the list of networks. I want to remove the Blackwellhome ones. The second is obviously the Manage Networks in Settings.

• Select the network name and click Forget.
