Windows 10: Tobii experience not downloading from microsoft store

Hello,I tried to reinstall the app Tobii experience from the microsoft store and the download doesn't start error code : 0x803FB005.It's, by the way, the only way to officially get the app in order to use my EyeTracker 5, without it my device is unusable.I'm still on Windows 10.Thank you for your answers,Jérémy

A major step in eye tracking evolution
The IS-2 Eye Tracker is a complete eye-tracking system that makes it possible to easily add eye-tracking capabilities to a wide variety of products.

In addition, the Tobii IS-2 price point has been lowered, size has been reduced by 75 percent and it uses 40 less power. Downloading is Slow from Store.

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

You may try the following steps and check:

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow
