Windows 10: Performance issue on 24h2 update

Hello there! I have an issue with windows 11 24h2 update. After the update, some game's fps suddenly drops valorant. When I scroll for some applications spotify and google chrome, some part of the original content will stay on the screen, replacing the new content. After few seconds, the part of the screen old content will refresh and replace the old content to the new content. My laptop spec:AMD Ryzen 5 8645hsNvidia RTX 450016gb ddr5 ram144hz monitor Storage left: 171.82 GB

As the issue still persists, I suggest you to try the below steps and check if this helps.

I would suggest you to perform System Maintenance troubleshooter on the computer and check if it fixes the issue.

Please follow the steps to perform System maintenance check to improve performance of the computer:

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
