Windows 10: Error message DJ SERATO LITE requires a cpu that supports the avx instruction set. HELP!!!

Hello, I have an HP windows laptop that I am trying to install Serato lite DJ on and I am getting an error that the version that I am trying to download requires a cpu that supports the avx instruction set. I tried pressing the buttons during the boot to see if it was enabled but I am getting no where. AVX should be supported on this lapop. I would like someone to help with this

hi, i raise a problem in serato dj, but they advised me to ask a question to you for my problem. im having a problem connecting my midi controller with the software. this issue is with 11th gen only. can you review this problem? can you connect with them to solve this problem. please.
