Windows 10: I think my Pc has a serious malware,pls help asap

First of all I can not do an antivirus check,no smarscan no full scan, my other antivirus app Norton 360 showed me there is a error allthough when I click on fix it it shows me an error"fix not possible" ,also the scariest thing is, that I can not open my Folders,it just opens and than it freezes I can not click on it and after a while I get a black screen and I can only navigat with alt+tap, I really dont know if this has anything to do with the fact that I still have windows 10 or something like just my pc beeing extra slow for some reason, but my biggest fear is a malware and to be honest

Malware that's impossible to get deleted, pls help ASAP

I am so scared rn. My pc is currently turned off, Im afraid the malware is taking my passwords so I turned my pc off. So what this malware do is something I've never seen before. This malware add an exclusion in windows defender. The exclusion was literally the entire C: drive. I tried to remove it, but the malware add it back again and again. So, what I gotta do is download an antivirus right? Well wrong, I tried to download every single antivirus I know. such as avira, avast, kaspersky, and Malwarebytes. The problem is, the malware blocks the websites. Basically every single antivirus website cant be opened. What do I do now?
