Windows 10: I can't remove redundant keyboard layouts

I have 2 extra English layouts that I need to remove, but they don't show up in the settings. I found some instructions that tell how to remove them using registry. I looked in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload as instructed, but there are no entries for those layouts.

i tried the steps in that post. I will list everything that I tried here:

Removing any other language pack, installing the language pack of the keyboard layout that I wanna remove and then remove it

install the keyboard layout and try to remove it

delete it in regedit

these administrator settings.

nothing seems to be working, might it be that my region is set to Germany?

Hi! I Can`t delete english uk keyboard layout. I tried to follow instructions step by step given on elevenforum.com (including removing Keyboard identifier from registry) but after restart I still have two english keyboard layout which is pissing me off.
