Windows 10: I cant open marvel rivals

hi, I am trying to play marvel rivals on steam and it says "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." I checked what DirectX I'm using and it says I'm using DirectX 12 so i wanted to know how i could fix it. i also changed the command line and nothing worked. I've restarted my laptop and checked for updates but nothing worked. the same thing is happening on my other laptop. im using a Yoga Pro 7 14IRH8

Marvell AVASTAR Bluetooth broken functionality

I have done what you suggested a few times. Right now the Marvell Adapter appears to be 'behaving itself'. This was after I removed all the Bluetooth devices apart from the surface cover and ran the Surface diagnostic test for surface pro's. One thing
I notice is that when the adapter is 'playing up', I go to trouble-shooter and find that is "turning on the Bluetooth radio adapter" or that it installs the Marvel Avastar Bluetooth driver again.

You haven't really answered my question. Is there a problem with the Marvell Avastar Bluetooth drivers? Is Microsoft working with Marvell to fix this problem? Is the fact that the latest surface pro's have
Intel Bluetooth adapters an indication than Microsoft no longer trusts Marvell's adapters in the surface pro?

Marvell Bluetooth Driver problems for mouse

Oh ya, I have also uninstall Marvell driver and let the system detect and reinstall driver by itself.

Appreciate if you would offer suggestion.
