My left headphone randomly lowers it's volume.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forums.

    • What is the make and model of the headphone?

This could be due to the change in Balance levels of the playback device. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

    • Right click the sound icon on the taskbar and choose
      Sounds
      .
    • Select your headphone, and click on Properties.
    • Click on Balance under Levels
tab, adjust Left and Right to the same levels.
    • Save the changes and check if the issue persists.

For more troubleshooting tips on audio issues, refer Fix sound problems in Windows 10.

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,

Increase the volume for Windows Phone 7

It doesn't need new hardware for sure, and I do agree that max volume could be louder. Try suggesting on
windowsphone.uservoice.com, the official Windows Phone suggestion website.

That said, Beats headphones are really nothing but marketing and extremely damaging to the ears. In-ear headphones can be just as fine and will allow you to do the noise-cancelling effect of a subway train AND use the current range of Windows Phone.

    Left/Right system volume balance problem

Hello, welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Based on your feedback, you are experiencing an issue where you cannot adjust the left and right channels of your Bluetooth headphones simultaneously.

Have you ever tried to do this operation on your computer before?

Sorry, the Windows operating system itself does not have the function and settings to independently adjust the volume of the left and right ear of Bluetooth headphones. Some Bluetooth headphone devices or corresponding driver support may have options to adjust the balance of the left and right channels of Bluetooth headphones, which can replace some of the functions of adjusting the volume of the left and right earphones, but it is not perfect.

The function of adjusting the volume of the left and right ears of Bluetooth headphones separately belongs to the Bluetooth device itself, and we are not very familiar with it, so we cannot provide you with accurate help.

We suggest that you consult the official technical support of the Bluetooth device to understand relevant information and see if it can be achieved.

Also, regarding the idea of setting the volume of the left and right ears of Bluetooth headphones, you can submit it in the Windows Feedback Center, hoping that Microsoft can include and adopt it.

Hope the information above can help you. If you have any questions or other problems, feel free to reply to this post.
