Windows 10: is there a fix of this spatial sound bug after upgrading to 24h2 ?

After switching from 23h2 to 24h2 windows 11 update, i started experiencing this strange bug where every time i open spatial sound option in my taskbar to adjust the volume of an app, its starts to flicker and a service clled shellhost starts to use 16% of my cpu, i tried every fix i could find, but it didn't work, and i even tried reinstalling windows, but it didn't seem to help either, i believe the new 24h2 system is the root of this problem, thus i hope you can assist,

Hi,

The Spatial Sound feature is available in Windows 10 but by default, it has been disabled. To enable it, follow the steps below:

• In the notification area, right-click on the sound icon.
• In the context menu, click on Playback devices.
• Select your playback device and then click on Properties.
• Click on the Spatial sound tab.
• Select the Spatial sound format you want to apply.

I followed the instructions but when I got to #4 spatial sound said off and there was no other info or any way to turn it on. I hit return to default but that did nothing. Please help. my earphones are off .
