Windows 10: cannot download roblox from microsoft store

the button just gray out whenever i click iti tried downloading a minecraft launcher from microsoft store and it work, just not roblox for some reason!?!?how do i fix thisedit:tried installing it from the search menu and it is only displaying Acquiring

It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

Please can you:

• Press Win key & R together,
• Type: wsreset
• Press enter

Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.

Roblox download issue

1. Reset the Microsoft App Store: Go to Settings > Apps >, find Microsoft App Store in the installed app list, click on the three dots and go to Advanced options, on the next page, scroll down and then click on Reset. Then try to download Roblox and see if it helps.
   
2. Reset Roblox: Go into Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Roblox > Advanced Options and choose Reset. After it resets restart PC and try again.
   
3. Provide Administrator Permissions: Providing administrator permissions to the RobloxPlayerLauncher file is a simple yet effective method used to resolve this problem and it has helped many users deal with this problem. Providing admin access can resolve some ownership and permissions issue which may be preventing the installation from completing.
