Windows 10: Windows 11 dialog box oversized cant resize, display scale will not solve

Discus and support Windows 11 dialog box oversized cant resize, display scale will not solve in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; My computer upgraded to windows 11 and since then I have had nothing but problems not being able to access apps due to the dialog boxes that popout...     Windows 11 dialog box oversized cant resize, display scale will not solve


    My computer upgraded to windows 11 and since then I have had nothing but problems not being able to access apps due to the dialog boxes that popout being so large i cant scroll to see them completely. How to solve this ?NONE OF THESE BELOW HAVE WORKEDI have tried using 2 displays and extending the desktop that didnt workI have changed the resolution higher that didnt workchanged the display scaling from 125% to 100% that didnt work.... ....however this could possibly work if i could scale below the 100% allowed in the settings in control panelI have deleted and reloaded my fonts folder and re
