Windows 10: Windows 11 December 2024 updates made the font of Explorer and other apps tiny. Irreversibly

Hello! The December 2024 updates for Windows 11 made the font of the Desktop, Explorer and particular fonts of other apps Google Chrome and Edge tab names, for example tiny. Because of that these apps became unusable. And nothing helps to roll it back. I uninstalled ALL the updates. I also tried to fix this by tweaking the Font size in Accessibility settings. I also tried to revert the settings using reversal update installation option. Nothing works.Also after a few reboots I now see "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service". ****?Please provide a solution.

Windows 10 explorer text/font extremely tiny

I installed an update to my embroidery software and noticed after installation the font under my desktop icons and font in windows 10 explorer - items under the left side (Libraries, windows c:, etc) and after you select a file folder all the font thru out
windows explorer is so tiny you need a magnify glass to read it. I've tried making changes in the display are no change. I've even change the folder to extra larger and the folder is large but the font under the folder is still tiny. I've attached an image
of my problem. Any suggestions? My windows 10 software is up to date too! Oh forgot to mention that I contacted my support people for the embroidery software and they think it has something to do with windows 10 Fall Creators Update...don't know that means...the
embroidery software doesn't change the size of global font setting in Windows.

 

In Windows 11, font size of SOME elements doesn't scale

Windows 11 on a Surface Pro 9, updated religiously. I use scale 200% and font size 130 on 2880x1920 resolution. This works perfectly for my old eyes, except for a few exceptions.

Font doesn't scale and stays illegibly small on (among others):

• File Explorer
  
  • navigation pane folder icons and names (but okay in Ribbon)
    
  • content window (where file list/icons are displayed) file names
    
• Task Manager
  
  • lists (title bar and vertical menu are okay)
    
• Classic Control Panel
  
  • title bar
    
  • breadcrumb trail
    
  • View As dropdown
    
  • Small Icons view (names tiny, Large Icons is okay)
    
  • home screen (names of subcategories tiny)
    

Anyone any idea why this happens, and how I can make these Windows 11 elements conform to my text scale setting?

 

Tiny font on folders/apps

My new HP laptop has tiny fonts on all folders/apps/docs when I view. It's like it's trying to fit them all on one screen.
