    Location services button greyed out

My Windows 11 laptop ran updates a couple days ago. Since then, I keep getting reminders to allow location access. When I try to turn on the Location services, the button is greyed out. I have gotten dozens of request to turn it on but I can't. I'm sure this has something to do with the updates from a couple days ago.
