Windows 10: Hello, good afternoon! I'm having problems with the critical error "Kernel-Power 41".

I have already done all the Windows updates. All drivers are up to date. I recently migrated to Windows 11 24H2 in the hope of solving my problem, however, without success. The computer restarts by itself and usually when it is not in use, it usually happens shortly after turning it on, but it is also not a Standard. You can notice that it restarts and then remains stable without any further problems. I have been researching the subject for over months, I have tried some solutions and nothing has worked. I have an AMD RYZEN 7, 32G RAM, 1T SSD, 1T HD and another 128G SS. The system is installed

1. Are you aware of any changes made on your PC, prior to this issue?
   
2. Is this issue specific while playing a particular game?
   
3. Which edition of Windows are you currently using?
   

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows
and check if that helps.

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.
