Windows 10: Set as desktop background does nothing

I downloaded a wallpaper and tried to set is as desktop background But the button does nothing I tried using different image it's still the same I tried to set it as background by clicking right click And the set as desktop does nothing Windows 10 education N unactivated

• Click on Background to change it.

Set background slideshow

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to set slide desktop.

• Press Windows logo key + I key.
• Click on Personalization.
• Under Background dropdown menu, select slideshow.
• Click on Browse button and then select the folder from which the desktop slide’s to be applied.
