Windows 10: my laptop screen is blue with error code 0xc0000001 and stopcode CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED

Dear All,Computer is DELL XPS17, 2TB SSD and 64GB RAMIssue started when the computer restarted, I got a blue screen with QR code and a stopcode indicating CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED. I checked the options online but none of them worked. I also see an error code of 0xc0000001. The options I see like pressing enter to restart or F1 to access recovery options or F8 for startup settings are not working as it takes me back to the blue screen. There is the option to press :"ESC", that is working but it takes me to the Firmware settings, and I am not sure if this is helpful. I tried to attach the screen

Windows 10 Professional purchased in September 2017 on a new Dell Inspiron

Subsequently in November 2018 Stopcode: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED Blue Screen White screen Hard Drive Not Installed

This occurred on a regular basis throughout 2019

Windows 10 could not complete upgrades in the last quarter of 2019

Purchased a HP Envy Windows 10 Professional installed March last (2020)

Week No 14 Three Error code 0xc0000001 Blue Screen

Week No 15 One Error code 0xc0000001 Blue Screen

Week No 16 Four Error code 0xc0000001 Blue Screen

Week No 17 Seven Error code 0xc0000001 Blue Screen

Any meaningful solutions???????????

When I enter the list disk command, it only shows the USB stick. When I do c:\dir, I cannot find a Windows directory but if I enter x:\dir , it shows a Windows directory. Don't know if that helps. But list disk only shows the USB to answer your question. Thanks...
