Windows 10: dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup command doesn't work properly

For some reason it completes at 70%...I ran these commands before running this one:dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealthdism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthsfc /scannowAlso restorehealth didn't run properly at 1st, kept showing me error that its missing "sources", apparently its a common issue and I read https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-performance-and-install-integrity/75529fd4-fac7-4653-893a-dd8cd4b4db00 to fix my issue. Even after that for some reason the restorehealth command repeatedly kept getting stuck at 62.3% for hours, the only w

Hi .

Im running Windows 10 Pro x64 (1909 ) buid 10.0.18363.628

When I run the command :

dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

It stuck at 20%

and I get Error: 5

Access is denied.

In the dism.log I see this lines ...

I want to say the when I use the commands

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

this comands works successfully , but when I try dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

then error: 5 Access denied

I would like know what cause this issue . and fix it

To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you run DISM Restore Health command. Refer to the steps provided below:

• Open Command Prompt (Administrator).
• Type the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
