Windows 10: Extended screen display not working on a classroom smartboard

I am a teacher and I often use duplicated screen for my smartboard and my laptop. However, I would really prefer to use extended screen. My extended screen will turn on, but on the board it will just show my desktop background- if I try to actually open any tabs it refuses to click them. They will even show the preview when I hover over them and I can search things in the desktop search bar, but I cannot actually open anything. It is the same with wireless screenshare or with an HDMI cable.

Hi, I am a student tech worker at OSU and I am in search for a regular 24 inch (or bigger) touch-screen desktop monitor that is compatible with Windows 10 PC and most importantly, compatible with Windows Ink/stylus pen. The setup is required in our integrated
active-learning classrooms where the teacher ideally stands in front of a white-board, or in this case the monitor, and can freely write, draw, annotate et al. on said surface for the whole classroom to see on the big-screen (i.e we usually have projectors
mirroring the desktop on large screens).

Just for context, we currently have a Steelcase eno smartboard/pen system in our classroom which is quite outdated and inconsistent. The pen is used on a "smart" white-board and needs blue-tooth tech. to transmit whatever is being written on the board to
the pc.

Any help or suggestions about this or any similar solutions would be appreciated.

Screen Extend on 2 laptops not working

Hi, I recently tried extending my current laptop screen to the 2nd laptop using "Project this PC" option on Windows 10. -I watched several tutorials from YouTube but still didn't work. -It seems the laptops discovery mode on the both Laptops was failing. -I rebooted the laptops and toggled the settings in display property, pressing Windows + P to bring the extend Screen options and this is the step where both PCs were failing to get discovered. -Both laptops are using Windows 10. Same Wifi internet. -I also installed separate App from Asus called "GlideX" which is specifically designed to share/extend screens on Asus or any other laptop/ mobile device but that also failed. -In project this PC at display setting there is option to screen share if "pc is plugged in" I unchecked that also but still not available. After taking extensive steps now I am looking forward to get feedback from professionals?
