Windows 10: Can i ask for resend confirmation/activation code Windows 11 Pro

I purchased a digital key for Windows 11 Pro on the official website.In my account order history, I have this order as Completed. I have a tax invoice.I never got a confirmation email.Could someone please help me with this?

Didn't receive an email with Windows 11 activation code

My brother bought a license for Windows 11 but never received an email with the activation code. There is no option to resend this code and no way to contact support. Already checked Spam and everything
