Windows 10: After plugging in my Turtle beach stealth 600x gen 2 wireless USB XBOX' USB controller into...

I have seen quite a few other questions with similar problems but only one had an answer that is not related to me. To that effect, it is likely a similar problem, the answered question was here but I do not have those drivers. Each one had a link to their minidump files, so here are mine.Any support would be greatly appreciated, this error has led to me playing without any audio for a while and I decided I should get to the bottom of it today.

Issues watching videos when I use my Turtle Beach Stealth 450

I don't know if it is Windows 10 or the headset but I did not have this issue until I upgraded to Windows 10. I am unable to watch videos on windows based video players (Such as Windows Media Player, Movies and TV and the Xbox App) with my Turtle Beach
Stealth 450 Headset. The headset is wireless and connects to my computer via USB. Funny thing is if I unplug the USB dongle, load the video and then plug the USB back in I can watch the videos with no issues. I tried reaching out to Turtle Beach but no response
yet. Currently I think it is a driver problem but if anyone knows of a possible solution for this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Turtle Beach headset working either as headphones or microphone.

Yes, it is specifically designed for the Xbox one but as I have previously stated they worked fine on my old laptop and in the specification of the headset here XO FOUR Stealth Gaming Headset | Turtle Beach GB It mentions "PC mic connection" so the argument that "they are just for Xbox" is invalid.
However maybe they only work with the xbox controllers jack because as soon as i plug the controller in via usb and the mic into the controller windows recognises an xbox headset with mic and speakers and it works perfectly
