Windows 10: Wifi broken on Windows 11 after update KB5048685

Hello all,I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3520 running Windows 11 24H2. Everything was fine until last night at the time of turning off my laptop, it performed an update. Since this morning, I can't get my Wifi to work. I thought it was a modem problem but every other device works fine - another laptop Linux, my mobile, Google Home. I restarted the modem anyway.The laptop connects to the modem but can't connect to the internet. I tried resetting the network, flushing DNS, disabling the driver and enabling it again, even manually entering IP address and DNS servers. But nothing works.The troublesho

ASUS X205TA wifi broken with both Windows 10 and Windows 10 Update (upgrade)

Had same issue and was able to SOLVE it, the problem is that the driver supplied with Windows 10 is broken!!!

Can't connect to wifi after Windows Update

I have now tried all of the suggested steps at least twice.

The only instance of seemingly achieving any progress was the first time I performed a clean boot, when the wifi connection actually worked. But after that, I tried following the steps to isolate the problem and then after restarting the computer, all of
my wireless features have disappeared again. I have tried repeating the entire sequence of steps again, but the wifi hasn't worked again. It just worked that one time, but I don't know why it was different that time.

I have been trying to fix this for over 11 hours, but haven't been able to connect back to wifi.

I would like to know if rolling back the Windows Update is an option and, if so, how to do that and how to prevent Windows from updating again.

 

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.
