OneDrive - Bait and switch (but to what?)

Google Drive offers 17GB free, I see no discernible reason to bother with OneDrive's crippled storage capacity.

EDIT: For a painless transfer, I used microsoft's SyncToy to do a daily backup of DropBox/OneDrive items nightly at 4PM to a Google Drive folder. Once I had finished setting up my phone's automatic backup and had my work flow transferred, I just stopped the auto-backup script and uninstalled OneDrive/DropBox and carried on using Google Drive. Switching cloud storage service isn't remotely arduous.

  3. OneDrive saved my phone videos as jpegs

Hi, I used to have an android phone that I used my OneDrive account to save my phone photos/videos to the cloud. I'm just going through them an all of the videos are .jpegs. Has anyone had this problem before?

OneDrive - Is it possible to use OneDrive as the default position to save files in Android phones?

    Hi again,

I was going to post my idea as you suggested but there is already a very similar idea (see below, with the link).

At this point I will vote for that idea, instead of posting a duplicated one that would be time-consuming for developers.

Option to make OneDrive the defaultstorage location for pictures and video

OneDrive works great on Windows Mobile. It's much clunkier on Android. I would like the option of making OneDrive the default storage location for pictures and video.

If I delete a picture on the phone, I don't want to have to go into OneDriveand delete it again after the OneDrive app has backed up the picture.

I also don't want to fill up my phone's memory with pictures. I'd rather they go directly to OneDrive.

    Thanks,

    Marco
