Windows 10: Why are the icons no longer able to be stabilized on the display!

What was changed so that the icons cannot be stabilized on the display? So disgusting that they are all over the place and are difficult to find. This was never an issue, even YEARS AND YEARS AGO!

Windows 10 no longer display ANY icons??

After a reboot yesterday, windows 10 no longer displays icons.

I've tried...

• new user account
• deleting icon cache
• system restore

I have a screenshot attached.

Anyone have a clue what's happening?

 

Change in Monitor Display, No longer crisp

I fixed it. Here's how I did it:

• I opened the Control Panel and selected Color Management (The Display icon does not display in the list on my control panel).
• I clicked Profiles and selected Reset my settings to the system defaults.

The text and displays are now clear and crisp again.

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. I guess this is another procedure to add to the troubleshooting list.
